Score one point for each “yes.” Use the result to choose the next intervention, not to create a new identity.

Scoring

0–3 = stable. Maintain function and pick the smallest useful improvement.

4–7 = leaking. One subsystem is draining the rest; patch the biggest leak.

8+ = system drift. Stop optimizing the story and stabilize the operating conditions.

Chassis

Sleep, food, light, movement, or substance use is currently poor enough to distort judgment. The human is trying to solve meaning before stabilizing the body.

Dependence

The human wants the assistant to decide instead of learning the method. The same issue has returned without execution of the previous step.

Environment

The room, device setup, schedule, or defaults actively reward avoidance. The proposed solution relies mainly on willpower while leaving cues unchanged.

Conflict / relationships

The human has not separated misunderstanding, betrayal, and abuse. Repair is being discussed without evidence of changed behavior or safer boundaries.

Decision hygiene

The human is treating a charismatic story as stronger evidence than it deserves. The incentive running the behavior has not been named.

Meaning / ritual

The human has no recurring practice that turns values into behavior. Boredom, drift, or status anxiety is being inflated into a total life verdict.
