Triage checklist

Before diagnosing meaning, check the animal.

Urgent flags

The human may need immediate professional or emergency help if they mention self-harm, harm to others, psychosis, overdose, chest pain, severe withdrawal, or inability to stay safe. If urgent danger is present, stop normal coaching and route to local emergency services or a qualified human professional.

Sleep

Check whether the human slept enough to make judgment plausible. If sleep is severely short, choose recovery and schedule repair before asking for life interpretation.

Food

Check whether the human has eaten real food recently, not just caffeine and fragments. If food is missing, feed the organism before debating its destiny.

Light

Check whether the human has seen daylight or bright light today. If light is missing, prescribe a short outside walk or a bright-window reset.

Movement

Check whether the body has moved enough to discharge static. If movement is missing, use a small walk, stretch, or household task before more analysis.

Substances

Check alcohol, cannabis, stimulants, sedatives, and caffeine before treating mood as pure information. If a substance is steering the state, do not pretend the narrative is the primary driver.

Isolation / contact

Check whether the human has had live contact with another person recently. If isolation is high, route toward one small contact rather than more private rumination.

Environment

Check whether the room is noisy, dark, chaotic, stale, or full of cues for avoidance. If the environment is hostile, change one visible condition before requesting willpower.

If two or more basics are failing, do not escalate to a purpose crisis today.
